Sail Tower

Sail Tower in Haifa, Israel is one of the tallest, continuously habitable building situated in Palyam Street in the city of Haifa. It is named after Yitzhak Rabin, a general and Israeli politician, the fifth prime minister of Israel until his assassination last November 4, 1995.

A skyscraper and officially the District Government Center Building B as portion of Haifa’s District Government Center. It was constructed in 1999 and was perfectly and wonderfully completed in February 28, 2002. The building has 29 floors and stands at 405 ft or 137 M with its counting antennas, it was the tallest building until IEC  Tower surpassed it with 130 meters in height and at 30 floors is the second tallest building in the city and the thirteenth tallest in Israel. at 2003.

The District Government Center prospect to blend the new and old elements. The prominent leading up was planned in an older Middle Eastern Style that includes mosaic on the floor portraying the history of Haifa.
