Israel is a collection of soaring towers, magnificent views and settlers from different countries religions and ethnicities, but came together and agreeing upon one single content, waffles. A stones throw away from Ben Yehudah street, on Shammai, sits Babette’s brasserie of heavenly treats and fancies.

Babette’s open it’s doors to the public 20 years ago in 1991 and since then been offering a celebration of Belgian waffles with an extensive menu of 14 amazing Belgian waffle with rich variety of sauces like vanilla cream, chocolate, whipped cream and caramel, fresh and healthy add-ons like raspberry syrup, cherry syrup, fruits  and hot chocolate beverages, coffee or espresso and other sodas. The place is a closet with Belgian-style waffle bar that has become quite famous in Jerusalem and the rest of the country. It is one of the most talk about dessert options and Israelis swarm here just to get a snif of Babbett’s  sweet temptation.
