A website specializing in mezuzot is offering a gigantic mezuzah named after Texas Governor Rick Perry in honor of the Mezuzah Law he signed in June.The law was signed to counter condominium associations which were prohibiting the object affixed to the doorframe in Jewish homes.
Aaron Shaffier, the owner of the website, explained: “When I read about the law, I noticed that it permits Mezuzahs up to 25 inches (63 cm). On the one hand I thought it was great that this law was passed.
