John Demjanjuk’s Lawyers Seek His Return to the US

Public defenders for John Demjanjuk (dehm-YAHN’-yuk) have filed a motion in U.S. District Court in Cleveland asking a federal judge to set aside the ruling that led to the retired autoworker’s denaturalization and deportation to Germany.

The 91-year-old was convicted in May of thousands of counts of acting as an accessory to murder at a Nazi death camp.
