A New York City man has been indicted for allegedly threatening to kill Governor David Paterson. According to court papers, the threat dates back to April of this year and was sent in an e-mail to the state website, www.ny.gov. The man charged with sending the threat is 36-year old Amir Syed Rizvi, of Brooklyn.
