This Blessing is part of a prayer recited on Sabbath morning, just before the Musaf Amida. The commentator Beit Yosef notes that these charitable causes are emphasized in order that the entire community will hear how great is the reward for those who provide for others, and will be inspired to emulate their deeds.
Translation:
“…And all who are involved faithfully in the needs of the community – may the Holy One, Blessed is He, pay their reward …….and send blessing and success to all the work of their hands.”
